# Licensing Disclaimer

Legacy Builder Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency. Agents are licensed
only in the states in which they hold an active license, and insurance products 
are offered only where licensed and where the carrier is authorized.

## License information

Agency license and National Producer Number (NPN) details are included with the 
policy documents our clients receive and are available to insurance regulators upon
request. Principal agent: Ruthie Isabelle Jules.

## Product availability

Not all products, carriers or features are available in every state. Rates, eligibility
and benefits vary by carrier and state and are subject to underwriting.

Carrier names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Legacy Builder

unless stated.
